I am happy to announce that my brother has married the mother of his daughter. The wedding took place March 24 at 4 PM.
I wish them all the best, and may they be as happy in their marriage as Scott and I are in ours.
I can understand why they did not invite us, because we would not have been able to attend anyway. I just kind of wish they'd given me a heads-up. _________________ Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

Families are fickle things, my cousin got married last month. I thought I was a close relation but I never got an invite to the wedding or to the reception party, it was the same for most of the groom's family. I later found out that the bride wanted a small wedding, 300 guests full of her family and friends.
I can see who's going to wear the trousers in that marriage...
