Page 23 shows a rather dramatic ability the Dionychon possess. You know how dragons of myth spit fire, right? Well, the Dionychon can spit hot plasma from their mouths. It's pretty much the same kind of stuff found on the surface of the Sun. So yeah, Sanaatha's got good cause to be screaming, even if it is telepathically.
