Page 20 of Chapter 4

Page 20 of Chapter 4 explosively concludes the battle between the Vanguard and the Vesparion.

I like a pretty explosion. I'd put one of every page if I could justify it storywise. But since my comic is essentially plot-driven, it means I have to wait for a storyline "payoff" of sorts. Ah well, the slings and arrows a storyteller must bear...

This conclusion has been a long time coming. I won't recite the litany of woes that have delayed this page, but suffice it to say producing a webcomic page even on a weekly basis along with a full-time job and looking after a family ain't easy, and sometimes the comic has to come last on the list of priorities.

The chapter isn't quite over, however. There are still a few pages to go, and most of those pages will go back to the little sub plot begun back on page 8 of this chapter, and interrupted rather dramatically...
