Hiya J:
I know yer off biting through that Big Apple skin & everything, & likely you are now too famous & important to peruse your forum anymore. But by gods, when you're on, you're so on! Let's go pin down all those meida delicious corndogs with mustard, pry 'em down like the cat in that old Warner Borthers cartoon ("this time, I didn't forget the gravy!) & force-feed 'em honest goodwill & Christmas cheer until they explode messily in a blast of hot guts & candy canes.
The only genuine War on Christmas I am aware of is the one in my pocket. Otherwise, it's still a fine excuse to be somewhat more cheerful than usual & suck down lots of 'nog. Mmmmm, nog. _________________ "I don't give a damn about my bad reputation." - Joan Jett

Speaking as an Atheist who celebrates both Christmas and Hanukkah (in the most secular sense possible), I'm really just interested in raising Bill O'Reilly's blood pressure by making silly attacks on the "X" in "X-Mas." Do I care of someone wants to put up a Manger Scene? Not really. But at the same time, it's just so much fun to call Mary "God's Baby Momma."
In the interests of honking off the people who think that people like me are out to get them, I propose that we start spelling "Christmas" "Krismas," thus completely removing "Christ" from the name of the holiday. YOU don't have to do it, but I will, because I'm just that sort of delicious corndog.
Merry Krismas! _________________ Before I drink a tall glass of Melonade, I like to eat about 147 Fluffy-Puff Marshmallows! Seriously, folks, they're the best! - HSR
As a die-hard secularist myself I too would like to wish everyone a speedy and stress free holiday season.
I fucking hate winter with a passion and the holidays are the only thing that make it sometimes-bearable. But not always. _________________ Bush is watching. Use big words.

Okay, the above sentiments are all from 2006, but I agree with all of them! Go team! _________________ Visit http://www.whatisdeepfried.com , the official website of Jason Yungbluth's Deep Fried, the comic that leaves a stain!
