At this point I know about as much as you do, but I disagree. Tobruk is concieted and vain, but he's got a lion's nobility so I doubt he'd turn away friends who can stand to be around him

You're no doubt right. I just sorta felt that if there is a monitary profit or windfall to Tobruk, he'd bail on Max. It was never clearly defined how tight a friendship was between them...didn't seem like alot to me. I suppose Posideon though would consider Tobruk a part of Max's camp and proceed accordingly.

One thing is clear though, if Max and company are to survive, they will have to do so on wits and cleverness. They have no super powers to combat something that is collectively more potent than their combined strength alone. Or maybe Zeus himself could intervene and slap his brother upside the head. Who knows?!

Curiouser and curiouser. Who other than Zeus could claim enough power to subdue Posideon? Only one other that I know of, Hades, the third brother in the big trilogy of power. Of course, in the past, the gods have been able to be duped by quick witted humans, so perhaps raw power isn't always the way to defeat opposition.
