What's funny is I was mentioning the game to a co-worker and...
Me: "I'm doing a hobby thing with Kochalka, too, and..."
Other programmer: "James Kochalka??"
Apparently Chris, who's one of our programmers on "Justice League Heroes: The Flash" GBA is a big James fan. So once we get some art together, he's more than willing to do a little coding for us. I'm also looking into the possibility of purchasing some once-burn carts, to actuallly make a few copies of the game once it's completed. I'll post first animations here when they're done.

| There should be a sidekick, like Spandy or some other cat, that cheers you on. |

Hey guys, is the game going to be a pure 2D game, because if you guys want anyone to do some 3D modelling / rigging / texturing, let me know. I'd love to help out.
I've got a fairly decent grasp of 3Ds Max 8, at least enough to model characters of this detail.
Let me know hey, even if you just want me to knock up some models that you can show to games companies for a pitch. (or keep me round and I'll work on the game for you )
It looks like fun!
-- or even Sound Design, cus I'm tossing up between majoring in that and 3D modelling next semester. |

It's planned to be a GBA (Gameboy Advance) game. We might make a limited number of carts, but we'll probably just give the game away for free online. Folks could play that on an emulator or if they're more tech-savy, they could put it on a flash cart and play it on a real GBA.
But we're a long way from that yet. I just barely came up with the idea and Adam is going to try to put together a development team of pros and talented hobbyists. _________________ AMERICAN ELF |

I direct GBA & DS games for a living. I'm also a huge Kochalka fan. See how that works out? For the sake of simplicity, we'll probably just go standard 2D for this game. One of my sprite designers is doing a sprite of the hero right now. Once that's done, I'll do the base animation set myself and post it here.
I'd love to get the game on carts. A guy I know was able to find an Asian distributor that gave him writable carts in bulk for a few bucks a piece, although it looks like that source may have dried up. Either way the rom'll be available online for free.

| I would think that if this game turns out decent at all you be able to find a publisher for it. Maybe you guys should build a SNES version of it for Nintendo's Virtual Console service for the Wii. They want hobbyist games being made for that. |

| Also, the shifting degrees of gravity and the shifting direction of gravity sound like the making for great gameplay mechanics! |
