Beta Testers Needed

If you are the creator of an established "adult" or "erotic" webcomic, and would like to be a beta tester for the new AdultWebcomics.com hosting and automation service, which will be powered by the Web Comics Nation software engine, post to this thread with:

1. The URL of your adult or erotic webcomic

2. Some details about how you'd like to use a hosting and automation service

I will select somewhere between 10 and 20 beta testers from this thread. Selection will not be based on quality, popularity, or anything like that -- I'm looking for a wide variety of people who will use the service in a wide variety of ways (and will therefore ensure that every little bit of the service gets tested). So, for example, if cartoonist X and cartoonist Y plan to use the service in exactly the same ways, only one of them will be selected -- probably the first one to post.

Note that *only* people with established adult or erotic webcomics will be accepted. That's a reversal, eh?

Beta testers will get free accounts for life.

So what defines 'adult,' exactly?

If your comic was a movie, would it get an "X" rating? If so, then it should be on AdultWebcomics.com.

If it would be rated "R" or anything below "R," then it should be on Web Comics Nation.

Hope that makes things clear.

2) I would actually use this service to push my comic to become more adult then what it already is. I'd probably update Mon/Wed/Fri later on in the comic I'm probably going to add some animation to a few panels, as soon as I can figure it out

For beta accounts, yes. For accounts after the launch, no.

I may be interested in this. I don't have an adult site, but I do have some adult content of established charaters and non-established characters. Will this be for fiction too?

Count me in joey! (I think you already have, but I just wanted to make sure).

If it helps, I would gladly give up my beta webcomicsnation account to someone more deserving for more freedom to do what I want in this new sister site (and what I want to do really involves EVERYTHING, nudity and sex included).

But yeah, when does this whole partay get started? can't wait to see what happens.

Hi!

I have a really different usage I'd like to offer...

I am an established erotica writer, several different publishers, established audience.

I am doing manga style art that I'm not really great at yet.. but I'm getting better all the time... and I want to do heavily illustrated stories.

I still think I count as an established person because I do a lot of art and because I have an established audience for my erotica.
