Here's a small part of Steve's workbench.
Hope that tides you over for a bit...

That's cool as hell!
But, for some strange reason, I keep seeing those lamps as eyes for some artificial intelligence.
Maybe it's just the panda withdrawls making me think things like that. _________________

Steve's going to be having quite enough problems with artificial intelligence without it coming from his worktable as well.
And if you think that's nifty, wait till you see what else is coming.
I've been drawing the "outside" of the lab all day today. I may be slightly more unbalanced as a result. Bear in mind everything I'm drawing for backgrounds is intended to be fairly near to permanent, so I'm cutting very few corners on detail.
I must be getting old. Mountain Dew is starting to taste like the reconstituted carpet cleaner that it is. |

Here's part of what I've been working on today.
There's some tinkering left to be done before I ink it, and likely after as well. But you get the idea.
It's a fairly wide-angle shot, so it's not something that'll see a lot of character interaction. I'm redrawing certain sections at much higher detail for that. The fun part is going to be shading and coloring them all for Day, Night, Dawn, and Dusk. Whee!
I'm hoping not to have to draw the other side anytime soon, but I suspect it's going to have to happen before too long. Fortunately nothing so far in the first storyline really demands it.
Ooo, and I still have to draw the background for this background!

| I think that was the old strip. This is part of the new RP. I think. |

RILEY: I've lived in Sunnydale a couple of years now. Know what I've never noticed before?
GILES: Uh, a castle?
RILEY: A big honking castle. _________________ Faction Paradox

Awesome... Really awesome! And not the 1980's surfer slang use of the word awesome, but the 1580's use of the word awesome- as in awe inspiring.
Though, for some reason it is reminding me of War Craft... Anybody else getting that vibe, or is it just me?
Anyway, I can't wait to see if inked, colored, and shaded!

Uh oh. Looks like it's going to be a good revamp. It's not as if RP needed it anyways, though the teasers we see are sexcellent. _________________
