technically speaking, the forum name is a single entry in the database, so it could, concievably, be changed with a minimum of hassle...
realistically speaking, though, it's be a pain and a half if there isn't a pre-built utility as part of phpBB2 for doing it
(you'd have to shut down the forum and backup the database if you were doing it manually)

I've recently been introduced to Across the Pond...
I've only just started reading through, but really enjoying it so far. Arguably the artwork of a cartoon is just about everything, and this shows enormous potential. Although I'd like to see a profile on each of the major characters, they are NOT lacking in expression. The use of shadows is very good too. I'm enthralled at seeing such a wide variety of animals, and the attire drawings are very impressive indeed.
