OTHERWISE I WOULD TOTALLY SUE YOU GUYS FOR USE OF MY BAND NAME. seriously, how did you guys know that Crying Sad Dreams of Darkness and Despair in the Dark Pit of Sadness that No One Cares About in the Winter of Depressed Sad Dreams of Sadness and i were gearing up to put out our first album?

it was going to be called The Dark and Tragic Abyss of Tragedy and Slashed Wrists in a Car Crash of Misunderstanding.
